Overview

Communicating your idea or message effectively is critical in any business environment. Flatter, more collaborative organizational structures, combined with the pressure to translate innovative ideas into action quickly, are increasing the need by technical professionals to expand their repertoire of communication and managerial skills. The global financial crisis and regulations will demand for stronger communication solutions. A lot more is expected from employees and employers, where the right methods of business communication can decrease any further setbacks of the project or technical activity they are involved in, or help immensely in sustaining progress, especially when working in teams.

This seminar provides the techniques and language structures to communicate either prepared or spontaneously with clarity, confidence and impact in a variety of situations. It ensures that ideas are presented in ways that will be understood and remembered and that you can respond quickly in challenging situations.

Seminar objectives

* Identify the type of idea and its’ purpose and identify the best approach to communicate these ideas;

* Understand how to communicate ideas and/or message in a logical, structured and coherent way;

* Learn to express ideas and/or message in a persuasive and convincing manner with appropriate reasoning and argument;

* Handle hostile situations with ease and confidence;

* Expand the range of appropriate language structures and communication techniques for confident speaking;
